Alicia K  Grand (Alicia)


Alicia is from Honolulu and has been practicing yoga since 2004. She decided to do pursue a 200hr yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India in 2015. She is particularly interested in yoga philosophy, and has found that yoga is not only a beautiful way to relax, unwind, and strengthen, but it has also helped her to deepen her connection to herself and has enhanced her life in all aspects. It has been a powerful tool that has helped her overcome many obstacles- both physical and emotional. 


She values creating a safe and relaxed environment for students to feel supported in their practice. She places an emphasis on working with the breath, and is also certified in trauma informed yoga. She has a gentle approach with the body and hopes for students to feel lighter in the body, mind, and spirit after a yoga class.
