Alex found his love for yoga in 2008. Coming from an athletic background of basketball and track he wanted to compete at a different level by signing up for a triatholon. While training for the race he decided to incorporate Bikram yoga into his routine. Shortly after, yoga became the way he would chose to strengthen body and mind. Becoming 200 hour RYT in Vinyasa and Hot yoga in the year 2013 , Alex has been sharing the knowledge he's been fortunate enough to learn with others. And at the same time learning consistently from all the students that have crossed his path. He believes that by finding a connection of breath to movement, you can find a dancing meditation connecting mind, body, and spirt. Building strength and flexibility, not just in the body but in the mind is something he brings into his teaching. " Let your breath be the beat and your flow be the dance".
